This rainbow twins baby shower was all things FUN! And by fun, I mean the best day ever!! This incredibly special day was a long time coming. This family could not be more deserving of all the love and happiness that surrounded them. I am honored I got to be a part of this incredible day, and I am even more excited this sweet family welcomed their happy and healthy baby girl and boy!!
After many losses, a close family friend offered to be a surrogate for this amazing couple. They planned the most beautiful rainbow twins baby shower to celebrate their sweet baby boy and baby girl. If you aren’t already familiar with the term “rainbow baby”, it is used to describe a baby (or babies, in this case!) born after pregnancy loss. This family gets to welcome two miraculous rainbow babies, a boy and a girl! I mean, how incredibly special is that?! It seriously brings tears to my eyes!
To honor this well-deserved family, they held their rainbow twins baby shower at the historic Alderman House. Built and designed by Addison Mizner in 1924, this stunning property fuses the best of Spanish architecture with Mediterranean style. Located in downtown Fort Meyers, this fabulous venue is the perfect place to host your loved ones for all of life’s celebrations! Not only was the venue incredible for this rainbow twins baby shower, but the food was AHH-MAZING! I mean, it was seriously, soooo good. The mom-to-be is the owner of Artisan Eatery and catered the event, so you KNOW this food was to die for. Colorful desserts, an open bar with unlimited liquor, beer, and wine, and a custom mimosa and bloody mary bar treated their guests amongst stunning floral installations and colorful decor. It was a BEAUTIFUL day!
Baby Ruby Sunshine and Tommy are now home, healthy, and safe with their new family of five!
