This Hotel Escalante engagement session was a breath of fresh air. Rachael and Laura embodied everything that is love! Everything that we dream of for ourselves is perfectly showcased in these two. Rachael wrote, “They say that when you meet the one, you know. It took us longer than most, but our hearts recognized each other immediately.” And let me tell you, as a Southwest Florida wedding photographer who sees a lot of beautiful love stories, these two share a love unlike any other. It was an HONOR to be able to document their story at the beautiful Hotel Escalante.

We started their engagement session at the beautiful Hotel Escalante and then headed to Naples Beach. On the way to sunset at the beach, they made sure to share a few dances, and I don't think they ever stopped smiling or holding hands. The purest and most beautiful love! Naples Beach was an important location to include for Rachael. Unfortunately, her mom passed away, and it was a place they shared together. Her mom had to be there that night because that sunset was unlike anything we had ever seen. It was truly so magical and beautiful, and it couldn't have been more perfect for the two of them.🤍
Rachael and Laura will tie the knot on the most popular date of 2023, 11/11, and I cannot wait! They will celebrate at the always stunning Alderman House in Fort Meyers, surrounded by their closest loved ones. They plan to have their day decorated with greenery, white, and terracotta tones. I just know their day will be absolutely beautiful, and I cannot wait to see it unfold!
