While Florida might not exactly experience all 4 seasons and have those traditional fall colors, you get those beautiful palm trees, stunning sunsets, and vibrant flowers!
Another reason for a Florida wedding in the fall is that it is typically off-season, since a lot of people vacation during the summer and spring to enjoy the water! You’ll most likely find more availability for your dream wedding day without breaking the bank! One of my favorite things about Florida, no matter the seasons, but especially during the fall?! THE FOOD! Sign me up for all the delicious seasonal foods, please! You can infuse the fall vibes into your wedding menu to give your guests the ultimate experience!
Courtney and Taylor decided on a Myakka State Park engagement session, and it was PERFECT! As a Florida native, Taylor has a deep love for nature and wildlife and is super knowledgeable! I noticed the two of them would point out certain things to each other mid-shoot, and Courtney would guess the animal. It was the smallest, but sweetest, thing to me! Just another way to really enjoy this special moment together. And, it helps that Myakka State Park is the perfect place! As one of the oldest and largest state parks, it really is a nature lover’s paradise! The park is over 37,000 acres, so there is SO MUCH to see and do! It was the perfect for them as a couple and the perfect place to celebrate their love.
